Pricing questions
Who counts as a seat?
Anyone on your team who uploads work or manages portals. Clients, client reviewers and internal reviewers who only comment are free.
How do volume discounts work?
Seats 26–100 are 10% cheaper and seats 101–150 are 15% cheaper. The discount applies only to the seats in each band, and the calculator shows the exact number.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any time. Switching to annual applies the discount from your next billing date.
What happens when the free plan's limits are reached?
Nothing gets deleted. You can keep viewing everything; you'll need to upgrade to create a fourth active portal.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes – 30% off Studio and Agency for registered non-profits. Book a demo and mention it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Agency and Enterprise include a guided onboarding session; Studio teams can book one for $490.
Over 150 seats, or need SAML and data residency?
Enterprise plans include a security review, a named success manager and a 99.95% uptime SLA.
