Halcyon Collective is a 120-person marketing agency in Austin, Texas. Many of its clients are large companies with legal and procurement teams that ask hard questions.
Enterprise clients wanted to know where approvals were recorded, who had access to their unreleased work and where their data was stored. Answering meant pulling together emails and screenshots for every request.
With 120 people working across many client accounts, keeping access up to date was a job in itself. When someone joined or left, accounts had to be changed by hand in several places, and it was easy to miss one.
Halcyon moved to Ferrybox Enterprise. Staff sign in with SAML SSO, and accounts are added and removed automatically through SCIM. Every approval is recorded with a name and a timestamp, and approval certificates can be exported as PDFs.
Client data is stored in the EU or the US, depending on the client's requirements.
The rollout was planned with Halcyon's IT team. SSO was switched on first, then SCIM provisioning, and teams moved their client projects over one department at a time.
All 120 seats were rolled out in seven days. Every approval now has an audit trail, and clients across three regions use EU or US data residency.
When a client's legal or procurement team asks how approvals are recorded, the answer is now a document, not a search through old emails.
“Our enterprise clients' legal teams stopped asking where approvals are recorded. We send them the certificate.”
