One portal for the client side of every project
Share, review, approve, deliver and get paid – in a space that carries your brand, not ours.
How a project moves through Ferrybox
Share
Create a portal for the project and invite the client with a link.
Review
Upload a version; the client comments right on it.
Approve
The client approves with one click; you get a timestamped record.
Deliver
Approved files move to the asset library automatically.
Get paid
Send the invoice from the same place.
Review
Feedback on the work, not about the work
Clients pin comments right on the design, the PDF, the video frame or the live staging URL. Every comment is tied to a version, so "the logo on the left one" stops being a sentence anyone has to decode.
- Comments on images, PDFs, video and live URLs
- Version stacks with side-by-side compare
- Resolve, reply and mention without leaving the portal
Approve
A clear yes, with a paper trail
One button, one decision, recorded with a name and a timestamp. Ferrybox nudges clients who go quiet and gives you an approval certificate to attach to the next invoice.
- One-click approvals with optional sign-off note
- Automatic reminders after 2, 4 and 7 days
- Exportable approval history for every deliverable
Deliver
Final files, finally in one place
Approved versions land in the asset library with their approval record attached. Sync folders from Drive, Dropbox or Figma, or upload straight from your desktop.
- Asset library with approval records
- Drive, Dropbox and Figma sync
- No expiring download links
Get paid
Invoices next to the work they pay for
Send Stripe invoices from the same portal where the client just approved the work. They pay by card or bank transfer; you see it in QuickBooks or Xero the same minute.
- Stripe invoices, card and bank payments
- Two-way sync with QuickBooks and Xero
- Payment reminders that don't sound like a debt collector
And the details that save the afternoon
Bulk upload
Drag a folder in; files match existing deliverables as versions.
Watermarked previews
Share drafts with a watermark until the work is paid for.
Due dates on deliverables
Clients see what is due and when, right on the timeline.
Client-side to-do lists
Everything waiting on the client, in one list they can tick off.
Internal-only comments
Discuss a version with your team without the client seeing it.
Templates for recurring projects
Start a new portal from a template with the timeline already set.
Read receipts on versions
Know who opened a version before you send a reminder.
Audit log
Every approval and download recorded. On the Agency plan.
Works with the tools you already pay for
Pull files from Figma and Drive, push approvals to Slack and Asana, sync invoices to QuickBooks and Xero.
Product questions
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. Clients open a link in their browser. On their phone it works the same way.
Can clients see each other's projects?
Never. Each client sees only the portals they're invited to, and you control who sees drafts.
What file types can clients comment on?
Images, PDFs, videos (frame-accurate) and live URLs. Other files can be shared and approved, without inline comments.
Can we use Ferrybox for internal approvals too?
Yes – invite colleagues as reviewers. They don't take a paid seat unless they need to upload work.
Your next project could be the calm one.
Set up your first client portal in an afternoon. We'll help you move the projects you're running today.
