Overview

Your team already lives in Slack, so that's where portal activity should show up. Each client project posts to the channel you pick: new comments, approvals, versions waiting too long and paid invoices.

Internal reviewers can approve a version right from the message. The approval lands in the portal with their name and the time, exactly as if they'd clicked the button there.

What you can do

  • Post comments, approvals and payments to a channel per project
  • Approve or request changes from the Slack message
  • Daily digest of everything waiting on a client
  • Mention teammates in portal comments and notify them in Slack

How to set it up

  1. 1Open Settings → Integrations → Slack and click Connect
  2. 2Pick a default channel, then override it per project if you need to
  3. 3Choose which events to post: comments, approvals, payments or all three
